HEALTHY, HAPPY ME!

Nurse Tessie Michel, teacher of Health Occupations class at Berwick High School, came to Holy Cross Elementary with her students and spoke to Mrs. Grace Guarisco's after bell class on personal hygiene.

Parent and exercise enthusiast Claire Guarisco spoke to Mrs. Grace Guarisco's after bell class

on the benefits of exercise and why fit kids can get better grades.

She also led them in a fun, physical activity workout.

Dietitian Louise Mayon's presentation on good nutrition and healthy snacks was enjoyed by all.
