HOLY CROSS
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

 

The Holy Cross Elementary Cooking Clubs were treated to a cooking lesson by Anne Milneck,

4th year student at the John Folse Culinary Institute at Nicholls State University.

Ms. Milneck demonstrated the preparation of a crawfish cream soup and a strawberry trifle.

Students and parents were invited to sample her creations and ask questions following the demonstration.
