Second graders traveled to Conrad Shipyard in Amelia to tour the tugboat "Shirley Settoon"!

They also enjoyed a boat ride on the Intracoastal Waterway and

were able to watch as the tugboat was picked up on a dry dock.

The students were then treated to a barbecue lunch.

What a great field trip!  Thanks to the Conrad and Setton families who made this possible.
